Home

A big day for Salvador and Retha. These best friends leaned on each other for companionship and fun while at the shelter, and today they got to leave the shelter together to go to their new (separate) homes.

After all these years, we're not supposed to get choked up when they leave us...right?

You never forget the friends who got you through the tough times. Salvador and Retha will always remember each other and everyone at Bad Rap. Because without this experience, their new adventure would never had a chance to start.

Thank you Donna,Tim and Everyone in the Bad Rap Org who gives of their time, hearts and souls.

Congratulations to them both...it was great fun watching Sal's new mom take him through class and even better to know it's another Sacramento dog owner! We'll have to carpool...

I'm so happy to hear they left OAS at the same time. They were such fun in the hotel during camp - like a chubby little married couple that couldn't get enough of each other! I'll always remember them as the dynamic duo. I'm sending lots of love and good wishes to Sal and Retha in their new homes...

Hooray for them! Must be very hard to let dogs go after spending so much time with them, but I am so glad that they both found forever homes!

I think its a good thing to cry. You have to love them enough to help them heal, then love them enough to let them go. I keep thinking of the stories that went around after Steve Irwin died, all the creatures gathered at the rainbow bridge. Just think of it as adding to your posse!

I'm so happy to see those two get well deserved homes. Can't wait to read the full stories on the happy endings page!

Sorry about that!

Congrats to those guys!

Speaking of homes, I have been admiring Super Lolo for a while now, but can't find the email address (don't use outlook which my computer is insisting on) and wanted to contact you and find out if she is a good beginners goggie. We have 2 cats and 2 small kids and I am the only one who has had dogs before.
