TugTug is enjoying his 70 degrees of sunny skies in Oakland CA today. Wethinks this tiny guy (who's most likely a staffordshire bull terrier) is starting to forget about his bad days in Kay County, Oklahoma....as he should.
Look at that grin! Somebody is going to be smitten soon and will never be the same again! Dogs have the most amazing capacity for forgiveness. Thank you again for all you do Donna and team!
I got it covered Rinalia -- He's the size of a loaf of bread, so is picked up, kissed and squished throughout the day. That is, when he's not swinging from our drapes and treating our house like an giant size pinball machine.
There sure are some amazing creatures coming from these cruelty busts. Who knew?
oh, be still my heart. what a tiny, gorgeous hunk of smiling pittie love. some lucky person has no idea what's about to hit 'em. The past will be gone, these great dogs have only good things ahead.
He's the size of a loaf of bread?! Donna, can we please please please get a picture of him with one of the big pits? I just want to steal him (er, I mean borrow!) and spend the rest of the day snuggling under the covers...
Also yay for Miss Kinzie going home! What a cutie that little girl is (especially with her tongue just poking out...).
I recently purchased an "I Love My Pitbull" t-shirt off this site and will proudly be wearing it while I am on vacation. Have to spread the love and there is definately no better way to do it than wearing a shirt you know everyone will be able to read!!!!
Thanks Anon for posting the links on Hector's adventures in lobbying. I forgot that he was doing that!
i wish people would stop saying that Hec was 'rehabilitated' though. He wasn't -- unless teaching a dog to stop eating the sofa cushions counts as rehab. LOL
One of the awesomest things about pibbles is their innate sense of entitlement. Mine went from terrified kicked-to-the-curb "kennel trash" in a high-kill ghetto shelter to Queen Yes I Can Stand on the Dining Room Table If I Want To in two weeks. I see that type of silver spoon behavior all the time pits--and I LOVE EET!
P.S. I am totally driving all the way from So Cal just to bite that squishy face of his.

Yep, he sure has that staffie smile. What a cutie!!!
But will he ever lose his accent?
And what the h*** are you feeding him?
He looks to be quite the chunky monkey.
Isn`t it great to see them happy?

I do so hope you squish that head at least five times a day. Oh and give him lots of kisses.

Donna, OK, you have to help me get the Lodi City law changed so I can have one more dog....I'd take him in a heart beat. What a great looking pooch.

"Rehab" is the in thing these days.
Usually it`s alcohol or drugs.
I guess cushions may qualify. How`s he doing with that "addiction"?
