The rains slowed down a little bit yesterday, so the dogs were happy to stretch their legs and have a little romp. Of course new girl Pink was in the middle of the fun.
This video has made my day and possibly my month. Her freckles and her FROG slither and her OTTER roll. What a beautiful day. Only have one question. Where can I find someone to rub my ears and stroke my chest like that?
She's exactly the dog I'm looking for. With all the bullies that need rescued why can't I find one like her closer to me? I can't stand being dogless. She's PERFECT!!!
She is SO great! Frog-butt and fruit bat ears! I wish I could hang out with her.
What a respectful and gentle consciousness of other dogs' and people's space, too; she might be a great therapy dog or companion to someone elderly or with little kids since she's so careful not to bang into folks.
What a great video, really well done and Pink looks like a really special dog. Hope she finds a great home very soon. Whoever gets her will be lucky to have her.
OK, this video unleashed bittersweet tears. Sweet because... well, just LOOK at that pretty pink package o' pittie love, and bitter because so many see us and the dogs we treasure as demons and fringe elements of society. I challenge anyone to watch that video and see anything other than a loving little dog and a gentle soul willing to stroke her ears and scratch her chin.
Pit bull haters, all I can say is, you're missing out on one of life's greatest joys and I feel sadness for anyone who will go to their grave never having been the honored recipient of the kind of devotion Pink is demonstrating today.
I know this video should make me smile but I can't stop crying after watching. How can people do the things they do to these magnificent creatures? The brutality makes me sick and sad.
She just gets cuter and cuter every time I see her! Love the adorable belly crawling.
