I decided to paste this photo in the blog post because, even though I hate pix of myself (Tim is way cuter), I remember exactly how I was feeling at that very moment it was taken when I see it ... Connecting with that ever-grateful dog and the realization that all this crazy work that we all do is so worth it.

i too hate pics of myself. but my goodness that pic of you and that dog at that moment. it has a lot of emotion to it. i can see it.

Andre - thanks for that nice feedback. It's a great feeling to be able to help, especially knowing that the knowledge you gain with your dog will ripple out to the people in your own circles.
ReplyDeleteLynn - Mr. Hopeful left that yard with a wonderful couple who were volunteering for MABBR. They've sent photos along the way and he looks as happy as a pig in mud.
